  On the territory from the boat ramp at Rock Island State Park upstream to Great Falls Dam from January 1 to April 30, you may use only one single-pointed hook or one single-pointed hook lure. You may use no more than three rods and reels or poles.

  Artificial lures such as spinnerbaits, jerkbaits, crankbaits, jigs and worms are effective for largemouth bass. Bluegill and shad are the best live baits here. Night fishing is a good idea during warm weather.

  Muskellunge are usually found in the areas with strong currents. Go fishing for this fish in spring.

  The best period for catfish on Center Hill Lake is from April through June. Cut fish such as a bluegill, shad and chicken livers work the best.

  Fishing for walleye on jigs with minnows in March is a great experience.
