Lac Carre in Laurentides: How and When to Fish It

The whole outline is near 1.5 km, and most of it is walkable. Mont-Tremblant lies 12 km from the water. Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts follows at 17 km, then La Conception at 17 km.   The access position is unclear from public sources. This is a natural basin, not a dammed one. A parking area is marked roughly 230 m out. There are toilets 280 m off. Largemouth respond to soft plastics tight to cover; go weedless where the growth is heavy. Provincial rules still apply whatever the bank status. A polite question at the farm gate opens more banks than anything else. Lac Elliot sits 0.6 km off and takes the overflow. Treat Lac Carre as unsettled until someone local tells you otherwise.
