Clear overhead with good moonlight, with almost no wind to speak of and pressure going nowhere. Whatever swims in Scott Bay should be near the mouth when the tide is running. The best of it runs afternoon into evening. Small adjustments will matter more than big moves. Fish follow the bait in autumn, so find one to find the other.
