A still, cloudless night on the water, with a busy NNE wind on the open water and steady pressure. Fish at Billings Lake should hold close to any hard bottom among the soft. The best of it runs the day. Push the good hours hard and rest through the dead ones. Falling temperatures are switching fish back on.
