Howe Bay Fishing in Saskatchewan

Dull, settled light over the water, with a faint SSE drift and pressure going nowhere. The productive water at Howe Bay will be around banks where bait gets pushed by the flow. Little to get excited about, though the morning holds a sliver of promise. Fish the best hour hard and keep the rest short.
