Lac Xavier near Lac-Simon: Fishing Spots, Seasons and Access

• Overview

  Lac Xavier falls in Laurentides, part of Quebec. The water sits 259 metres up. This is sizeable water at about 1.11 sq km, and a boat opens up most of it. The perimeter runs near 9.0 km, so plan the walk before you start. On our Laurentides list it sits near the top for size. For a base, Lac-Simon sits 1.1 km out. • Where to Fish on Lac Xavier

  The rules here are undocumented as far as public sources go. It formed naturally, so levels move with rainfall rather than with a gate.
