Lac Lacroix near Papineauville: Fishing Spots, Seasons and Access

  In Quebec, Lac Lacroix falls inside Outaouais. Mixed forest runs right down to the water. At about 10 hectares, a day is enough to walk the shoreline properly. The full circuit measures close to 1.7 km on foot. Ground here is low by Quebec standards. Papineauville is the closest place, 12 km off. The nearest city of size is Orléans, 54 km away. A county line runs close by, so local bylaws can differ within a short drive.

• Where to Fish on Lac Lacroix
