Low, flat cloud sitting over the water, with a faint SW drift and pressure going nowhere. Most of the action on Lac de l'Isle-Dieu should come off structure within a cast of the bank. Numbers are low everywhere; the night is the pick of them. Scale down and fish slowly. The pre-winter feed makes autumn days generous.

Within Outaouais, Quebec, you have Lac de l'Isle-Dieu. Height above sea level is 351 metres. Around 63 hectares of surface means several distinct areas to work. You are looking at roughly 5.9 km of shoreline, with plenty of water between access points. Size puts it in the front rank of our Outaouais list. For a base, Deep River sits 42 km out. Further out sit Chalk River (51 km) and Petawawa (66 km). The county line is nowhere near, so one local authority covers the water.
Open data we checked carries no depth for this water. The shallow end warms first and pulls fish in ahead of the rest. Look for the band where the shallows give up and the bottom falls away. Across Outaouais, recorded fish include pumpkinseed, yellow perch, smallmouth bass and rainbow smelt. Records at this level tell you what is in the area. The near bank of Lac de l'Isle-Dieu is often the one people ignore.
July runs about 18°C on average, January about -14°C. Winter puts a hard lid on this one. Ice-out usually falls in late April, and the weeks after it fish hardest. Averages suggest open water from about late April through to roughly late November. Fishing peaks soon after break-up and again before the cold returns. Lac de l'Isle-Dieu fishes to that pattern most years.
Public data does not answer the access question here. No dam controls it, and the level follows the season. Mapping shows no built access close by; expect to walk in from wherever you can leave the car. For the bass here, soft plastics worked slow along cover and a spinnerbait for searching do most of the work. Season dates differ by species, so read the table. A polite question at the farm gate opens more banks than anything else. Lac Forbes at 1.1 km is the sensible second choice. For Lac de l'Isle-Dieu in particular, ask before you travel.
