Low, flat cloud sitting over the water, with a decent SSW wind working the banks with a settled glass. Most of the action on Pond Hole Lake should come off the weed line and any gaps in it. If you must go, go in the night. One good spot fished well beats five fished quickly. The pre-winter feed makes autumn days generous.
