A grey, even sky over the water, with a light ESE breeze and the barometer heading up. On Pacific Lake, work sheltered bays and points first. Expect the better fishing from night into morning. Give the likely spots time before moving. The pre-winter feed makes autumn days generous.

The Lincoln County entry here is Pacific Lake, in Washington. It sits in dry open country. Roughly 122 acres: a morning covers one end, an afternoon the other. The shoreline runs about 3.5 miles, so it pays to pick a stretch and stay with it. On our Lincoln County list it sits near the top for size. Ritzville at 25 miles is the nearest place to stop. Then Davenport, 31 miles, and Moses Lake North, 32 miles. It sits well inside its county, with no border complications.
Open data we checked carries no depth for this water. The productive water is a rod length or two out, not a hundred. A soft bed grows weed late into autumn, which keeps fish shallow. Fish documented in Lincoln County include yellow perch, largemouth bass, walleye and black crappie. County data is a starting point rather than a guarantee. Pacific Lake fishes better once you know its edges.
Long-term averages put July at about 71°F and January near 28°F. Most months fish reasonably, given the right weather. It is not guaranteed from one year to the next. November and March are the quiet, comfortable months to be out. On Pacific Lake the same rules apply, with local timing.
Public data does not answer the access question here. This is a natural basin, not a dammed one. Records show it does not hold water year-round. Nothing is listed nearby for parking or launching a boat. A small crankbait along the drop and a worm in the thick stuff cover the bass. Rules differ from one water to the next round here. Barbless rules turn up on managed water more often than not. Walter Lake, 1.1 miles away, makes the obvious fallback. Signs at Pacific Lake carry more weight than any list.
