Soil Conservation Service Site 31 Reservoir Fishing in Texas

A wet system passing over today, with an easy breeze from the S and a falling glass. Fish at Soil Conservation Service Site 31 Reservoir should hold close to shelves near deep water. A broad window opens from afternoon into evening. Commit to the pattern once the first fish shows. Cooler water spreads fish back across the shallows.
