• Tackle & Baits

There is no clear statement anywhere on who can fish it. Nothing formal is recorded here: no ramp, no car park, no marked path. For the panfish, a small hook, a float and a piece of worm outfish everything fancy. Local rules can differ across the county line, so check where you stand. Where parking is tight, arriving early solves most problems. Laughlin Pond sits 1.1 miles off and takes the overflow. Treat access at Edisto Plant Settling Basin Hube as something to verify.
