Seclusia Reservoir Fishing in Oregon

A clean, cloudless night over the water, with the surface near flat with the glass holding level. Most of the action on Seclusia Reservoir should come off whatever structure the drawdown has exposed. Even, unhurried fishing on the cards. Change depth before you change anything else. Falling temperatures are switching fish back on.
