Dull, settled light over the water, with a light chop building from the SW and the barometer on the way down. On Horse Islands, Brook trout should be working shallow cover and weed edges. The strongest window is the middle of the day. Start on the obvious water and expand from there. The pre-winter feed makes autumn days generous.
