• Where to Fish on Circle Dart Lake

Open data we checked carries no depth for this water. Levels move with the draw rather than the rain on water like this. Built water gives depth close in, which suits a bank angler. Oldham County records list fantail darter, longear sunfish, rainbow darter, bluegill and white sucker among the fish reported. County records show what lives in the area; the local agency holds the water-by-water list. At Circle Dart Lake light and wind decide more than tackle does.

• Seasonal Patterns

In an average year July sits at 76°F and January at 31°F. The season stretches long at both ends here. Hard water here is never dependable, so check for yourself before stepping out. June to September is hot work, so the first and last hours are what count. That shapes the year on Circle Dart Lake.

• Tackle & Baits

No access rule appears in what we hold. Public mapping records no formal access here, so plan for a walk and soft ground. Bluegill and other panfish take small jigs or worms under a float near any cover. Check whether a boat is allowed before you tow one. Where tickets apply, they are sold in the nearest town rather than on the bank. Reformatory Lake, 6.9 miles away, makes the obvious fallback. For Circle Dart Lake in particular, ask before you travel.
