Dull, settled light over the water, with a gentle ripple from the SSW and the barometer on the way down. Whatever swims in Timber Creek should be near undercut banks and deeper glides. The strongest window is the middle of the day. Start on the obvious water and expand from there. Autumn fish are feeding up and less fussy than in summer.
