Clear air and long views across the water tonight, with a busy NE wind on the open water with the glass holding level. The productive water at Lake Mira will be around the seam between weed and open water. Expect the better fishing from night into morning. Give the likely spots time before moving.

Night
Lake Mira is a Seminole County water, in Florida. The water sits 128 feet up. It covers about 17 acres, so this is small water you can walk round in under an hour. Goldenrod sits 1.4 miles from the bank. Then Union Park, 2.2 miles, and Winter Park, 4.1 miles. The line between counties passes nearby, which can change who manages the water.
There is no recorded depth, so work from what you can see. Weed, then depth: that is the order to fish a water of this kind. Look for the band where the shallows give up and the bottom falls away. Public wildlife records from this area list bluegill, largemouth bass and redbreast sunfish. Presence in the area does not guarantee a fish on the day. The near bank of Lake Mira is often the one people ignore.
The range across the year is 60°F to 82°F. Heat, not cold, decides when to be on the water. Heat pushes fish deep from June onwards, so start early. Autumn steadies things again once the heat lets go. Expect Lake Mira to follow that timing. Warm spells bring fish up, cold snaps push them down.
There is no clear statement anywhere on who can fish it. A boat ramp sits about half a mile from the water. The car has to stay half a mile away, which shapes how much tackle you bring. There is a jetty half a mile off, worth knowing on a busy day. Bass water: a Texas-rigged worm near cover, a spinnerbait when you need to cover ground. Season dates differ by species, so read the table. Signs go up and come down, so check on the day. Should this one be busy, Lake Waunatta is 0.6 miles off. Signs at Lake Mira carry more weight than any list.
