Wind working the surface all day, with a loud ESE wind through the trees with the glass slipping lower. Give the first drop-off and weed lines the first hour at Port Refuge. If you must go, go in the night. One good spot fished well beats five fished quickly. Cold nights still cool the margins, so afternoons fish better.
