Tortuga Reef Fishing in Central Luzon

Clear air and long views across the water tonight, with light air out of the WNW with the glass holding level. Most of the action on Tortuga Reef should come off reed fringes and open pockets. If you must go, go in the night. One good spot fished well beats five fished quickly. Cooler water spreads fish back across the shallows.
