Rio Blanco Fishing in Región de San Martín

An even grey lid over the water, with barely a breath of wind with the glass slipping lower. Expect most activity at Rio Blanco around sheltered bays and points. Nothing special in any period, but nothing dead either. Fish tidy and take what the day gives. Rising water temperatures are moving fish shallower by the week.
