Heavy overcast holding through the day, with an easy breeze from the NE with the glass slipping lower. Fish at Rio Tamborayco should hold close to shallow cover and weed edges. Little to get excited about, though the evening holds a sliver of promise. One good spot fished well beats five fished quickly.
