Dull, settled light over the water, with a faint SSE drift with the glass slipping lower. Most of the action on Baumum Bay should come off banks where bait gets pushed by the flow. The productive run goes the day. Start on the obvious water and expand from there. Early-season fish sit where winter loosens first.
