Kaperelva Fishing in Troms Fylke

Bands of rain crossing through the day, with the surface near flat with the glass holding level. Most of the action on Kaperelva should come off any hard bottom among the soft. A broad window opens from night into morning. Take the steady approach over the searching one. Shortening days concentrate the feeding into fewer hours.
