Cloud in patches with bright spells between, with a light NE breeze with pressure dropping. Most of the action on Submerged East Reef should come off the shaded margin through bright spells. A middling, even day, steady rather than spectacular. Work fewer spots, but work them properly. Cooler water spreads fish back across the shallows.
