Rio Grande Fishing in Estado de Chiapas

Cloud from horizon to horizon today, with light air out of the SSW and pressure sitting still. Whatever swims in Rio Grande should be near windblown banks where food collects. Little to get excited about, though the morning holds a sliver of promise. Fish the best hour hard and keep the rest short.
