Shinmei Gawa Fishing in Chiba

Flat light and a covered sky today, with a faint NNE drift and pressure sitting still. Fish at Shinmei Gawa should hold close to the seam between weed and open water. The best of it runs afternoon into evening. Small adjustments will matter more than big moves. Falling temperatures are switching fish back on.
