Flat light and a covered sky today, with stillness over the whole water with a settled glass. On Lough Nagirra, work the margins and the shelf beyond them first. A broad window opens from morning through afternoon. Commit to the pattern once the first fish shows. Autumn rewards covering water while the fish roam.
