Dull, settled light over the water, with a proper ripple driven from the SSW with a softening glass. Start the search at Holmavatn along sheltered bays and points. The day fishes best from the day. Fish confidently and change only when the bites stop. Autumn fish are feeding up and less fussy than in summer.
