Sompalampi Fishing in Pohjois-Karjala

Dull, settled light over the water, with a faint WNW drift with a settled glass. Fish at Sompalampi should hold close to the shaded margin through bright spells. Little to get excited about, though the morning holds a sliver of promise. Fish the best hour hard and keep the rest short. Cooler water spreads fish back across the shallows.
