Hernelampi Fishing in Pohjois-Karjala

Soft grey light all day today, with a light chop building from the WNW with a settled glass. Most of the action on Hernelampi should come off the shaded margin through bright spells. Numbers are low everywhere; the night is the pick of them. Scale down and fish slowly. Autumn fish are feeding up and less fussy than in summer.
