Karppalahti Fishing in North Ostrobothnia

Low, flat cloud sitting over the water, with just enough WSW wind to ripple the surface and pressure going nowhere. Fish at Karppalahti should hold close to reed fringes and open pockets. The productive run goes the day. Start on the obvious water and expand from there. Bundle up; the fishing will be slow but not impossible.
