Plicak Balina Fishing in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County

Dull, settled light over the water, with almost no wind to speak of and pressure sitting still. Plicak Balina should fish best around any hard bottom among the soft today. A broad window opens from night into morning. Commit to the pattern once the first fish shows. Fish follow the bait in autumn, so find one to find the other.
