Dull, settled light over the water, with the surface near flat and no real change in pressure. Start the search at Salto Tequendama along the seam between weed and open water. Expect the better fishing from night into morning. Work fewer spots, but work them properly. A hot one: dawn and dusk will out-fish everything between.
