A grey, even sky over the water, with a faint S drift with a settled glass. The water to cover at Lac Ti-Co is any hard bottom among the soft. Numbers are low everywhere; the evening is the pick of them. Lower the pace and stay patient. The autumn feed-up is on; baitfish areas are the key.

In Quebec, Lac Ti-Co belongs to Saguenay/Lac-Saint-Jean. The surface lies 744 metres up. At 8 hectares it is the sort of place you fish for an evening rather than a day. It sits higher than most water we list in Quebec. Supplies mean a trip to Saint-Fulgence, 59 km off. Sacré-Coeur lies 62 km off, La Baie another 66 km. It sits well inside its county, with no border complications.
There is no recorded depth, so work from what you can see. Read the surface for the wind lane, then fish the edge of it. The productive water is a rod length or two out, not a hundred. Records held for Saguenay/Lac-Saint-Jean cover northern pike, Atlantic salmon, lake whitefish and fallfish. Protected fish appear in the records for this area, so treat the list as information, not an invitation. Fish Lac Ti-Co to its features, not to its size.
Climate records put July near 15°C and January near -18°C. Open water is the exception rather than the rule here. Ice-out usually falls in mid May, and the weeks after it fish hardest. Ice usually gives way near mid May, and forms again about early November. The open run goes from the thaw to the freeze, and April through October covers most of it. Plan around that when you fish Lac Ti-Co.
Access is not recorded for this water. The map shows no ramp or car park nearby, so this is a walk-in water. Pike mean a wire trace, no exceptions; big spoons and jerkbaits do the searching. Parking space is the usual limit rather than the bank itself. Check whether bait restrictions apply before you buy any. Lac Magella, 0.4 km away, makes the obvious fallback. Treat access at Lac Ti-Co as something to verify.
