  Lac Isurtuq falls in Nord-du-Québec, part of Quebec. It sits 2.8 km in from the sea. With some 46 hectares of water, there is room for a boat but no need of one. The full circuit measures close to 4.7 km on foot. For supplies, Salluit is 130 km out. Saguenay sits 1548 km out, and it is the nearest city worth the name. Not far off: Lac Ivitaaqqut about 14 km, Lac Nallujuaq (21 km), Lac Iqalurajuk about 26 km, Lac Atiittusiuviapik (37 km) and Lac Crony about 43 km. The nearest boundary is a fair way off.
