Lac Atanache is set in Côte-Nord, Quebec. The sea is 39 km distant. With some 74 hectares of water, there is room for a boat but no need of one. Around 8.7 km of bank, which is a long day on foot. Head to Port-Cartier, 40 km away, for anything you forgot. For a city, Saguenay is 359 km off. It sits well inside the county, so one set of rules covers it.
