The water is typically free of ice between early May and mid November. The strong weeks are the first after break-up and the last before the freeze. That is the shape of the year on Lac a Pierre.
Ownership and access are not documented in what we hold. There is no recorded infrastructure here; expect to find your own way in. For the pike, wire up and throw larger lures along the weed edges. Check whether a boat is allowed before you tow one. Some water is controlled locally without a sign saying so. If the gate is shut, Lac a Cyrille at 2.3 km is the nearest alternative. Nothing on Lac a Pierre should be assumed from this page alone.
