A grey, even sky over the water, with a helpful ripple pushed from the WSW and no real change in pressure. The productive water at Lac a la Vase will be around structure within a cast of the bank. A slow day overall; the night is the best of a quiet lot. Scale down and fish slowly. The autumn feed-up is on; baitfish areas are the key.
