Tobies Bay Fishing in Ontario

Dull, settled light over the water, with a light SE breeze and pressure sitting still. Most of the action on Tobies Bay should come off the mouth when the tide is running. The best of it runs night into morning. Push the good hours hard and rest through the dead ones. Fish follow the bait in autumn, so find one to find the other.
