Rock Lake Fishing Guide, Lennox and Addington County, Ontario

• Overview

  Ontario holds Rock Lake, in Lennox and Addington County. Elevation runs to 318 metres. It measures about 20 hectares, which is a comfortable size for bank fishing. There is roughly 3.3 km of shoreline here, which is a short walk end to end. Sharbot Lake sits 48 km from the bank. Bancroft is 51 km away, with Madoc at 56 km. • Where to Fish on Rock Lake

Ice fishing carries the winter, and the water opens about late April. Break-up near late April, freeze-up near early December: that is the shape of an average year. June through September is the settled part of the year, with the shoulders busier for fish. Rock Lake fishes to that pattern most years.
