Dull, settled light over the water, with light air out of the WNW and pressure going nowhere. Whatever swims in Dawn Creek should be near undercut banks and deeper glides. If you must go, go in the night. One good spot fished well beats five fished quickly. Cooling water has fish active and on the move.
