Downies Reef Fishing in Nova Scotia

A grey, even sky over the water, with a busy SW wind on the open water with the barometer flat. The fish at Downies Reef are likely to sit near the first drop-off and weed lines. The productive run goes night into morning. Start on the obvious water and expand from there. Autumn fish are feeding up and less fussy than in summer.
