Fisher Lake Fishing near Fundy Shores, New Brunswick

  Set in Charlotte County, New Brunswick, this is Fisher Lake. The shore lies 2.6 km out. You can fish the entire water from one spot if you pick it well. On size it sits at the modest end of our Charlotte County list. Nearest town is Fundy Shores, 9 km off. Further out sit Pennfield (20 km) and Eastern Charlotte (24 km). Local rules may differ a few miles either side of here.

• Where to Fish on Fisher Lake

  Without a survey to go on, judge depth from how the bank falls away. The productive water is a rod length or two out, not a hundred. A soft bed grows weed late into autumn, which keeps fish shallow. Species logged across Charlotte County include Atlantic salmon, coalfish, alewife and Atlantic cod.
