Low, flat cloud sitting over the water, with dead-still conditions with the glass on the way up. Expect most activity at Vlololo around shallow cover and weed edges. Expect the better fishing from morning through afternoon. Work fewer spots, but work them properly. Fish before the heat builds or after it breaks.
