Dull, settled light over the water, with almost no wind to speak of and pressure sitting still. The water to cover at Rio do Peixe is the shallows early and the drop later. If you pick one session, make it the middle of the day. Keep moving until you find them. A hot one: dawn and dusk will out-fish everything between.
