Dull, settled light over the water, with a busy NNW wind on the open water with the glass slipping lower. Give reed fringes and open pockets the first hour at Quebrada Chacahuaico. Little to get excited about, though the morning holds a sliver of promise. Fish the best hour hard and keep the rest short.
