Wind working the surface all day, with a stiffish breeze from the ESE and no real change in pressure. The water to cover at William Reef is the margins and the shelf beyond them. Nothing special in any period, but nothing dead either. Fish tidy and take what the day gives. Cold nights still cool the margins, so afternoons fish better.
