Liqeni i Zi i Valikardhes Fishing in Qarku i Dibrës

Low, flat cloud sitting over the water, with calm air over the water and no real change in pressure. Fish at Liqeni i Zi i Valikardhes should hold close to the seam between weed and open water. A broad window opens from afternoon into evening. Commit to the pattern once the first fish shows. Cooling water has fish active and on the move.
